Udaipur, May 27 (TIWN): A couple was injured by the attack of three brothers over a chit-fund transaction dispute at Fulkumari village under Udaipur sub-division around 5 pm, this evening. The two injured persons are Bhajan Dey (37) and his wife Gouri Banik (32).

It is being reported Bhajan Dey is an agent of chit-fund organisation Ramel industries. A businessman of the said area- Litan Pal alleged that he had deposited some amounts for saving to Bhajan. But centering the investment an argument was going on in between Bhajan and Litan since few days over the maturity dispute of the invested amount.

Later, Litan including two brothers Janardan Pal and Subrata Pal, residents of the same area attacked the couple in their own house at Fulkumari area while the couple was working, yesterday. As a result Bhajan and Gouri received grievous injuries on their persons. Of late, the neighbours recovered them and sent to the hospital.

However, the couple logged a written complaint against three brothers Litan Pal Janardan Pal and Subrata Pal at the Radha Kishorepur police station. Police could not arrest them.

Meanwhile, as because of the forger chit-fund companies, many people of Udaipur sub-division are devastated now. The sub-divisional administration not taking proper initiative to recover their invested moneys from the chit-fund companies alleged the residents of Udaipur.
