BELONIA, Sep 28 (TIWN): It was just before 2 months that one Nigerian was nabbed from Sonamura Indo Bangla border without any valid documents with him, that another Nigerian was arrested from South Tripura on Tuesday by BSF Jawans.
The incident took place at Belonia’s Sidhhinagar area under Rajbari PS when a Nigerian entered here using the culvert below the fencing lines of Indo-Bangla Border.
BSF suspected him & asked him about his identity, but the person without answering BSF Jawans’ questions, tried to escape from the place.
During this, the Nigerian’s jumped in a water body & received seriously injuries in his leg. Immediately BSF took him to the Niharnagar Health Centre.
The suspected Nigerian has been identified as Chinko Henry.
Then he was referred to GB Hospital. Due to his bad condition of health much inquiry could be done on that time, but one Sonamura Lawyer’s card & Bangladeshi notes were recovered from him.
Also he was bearing mobiles, expensive watches & an Indian debit card.
