AGARTALA, Sep 17 (TIWN): Along with various pending issues related to failures in Bengal and Tripura, ther national issues the CPI-M Central Committee meeting may stress upon major setback on Singur issue.
Tripura CM Manik Sarkar and other CPI-M members from State Tripura are also attending the meeting at Delhi.
“Central Committee meeting in New Delhi is likely to discuss the Singur issue. Tripura state committee of the party can not make any comment on the issue before the media as the Politburo of the CPI-M has made a statement,” Bijan Dhar said recently.
On that day, addressing the press meet, Bijan Dhar said after the state level conference held in the month of June, CPI-M has finished with the next conference just after 2 months in Tripura and now the Central Committee meeting to begin soon.
However, in Tripura’s state level meeting, 2 issues were mainly discussed among which the First issue was various rumors spreading against CPI-M by TMC, BJP, Congress, IPFT. Tax hike was an issue used to play against CPI-M by few media channels, and few political parties who made many stories about it just to confuse the mass.
The incident of 23rd August communal clash which hit Agartala City, may also get a place in Central Committee meeting.
