AGARTALA, Sep 17 (TIWN): Once again the final hearing of Tripura’s 10,323 teachers’ case at Supreme Court has been postponed, without declaring any next hearing date.
However, on Friday, the case received its first hearing, in a divisional bench, No-5 court chaired by Justice Jasthi Chalameswar & Justice Abhoy Manohar.
Although the case was raised first time to SC, but no further date has been mentioned so far.
Supreme Court justice wanted to know whether every petitioner has received the notice.
Uncertainty looms large over the future of 10,323 teachers fate, who are presently working in different government schools of Tripura, whose jobs were cancelled by Tripura High Court finding the recruitment was done by Tripura Govt. by violating the rules under Job Recruitment.
Then challenging the High Court Tripura Govt. appealed in SC, but till day no solution to the case yet received.
