Located at City Center (Paradise Chowmini) in Agartala, this is the fifth Airtel retail store in the North East region.
The all new Company-Owned-Company-Operated (COCO) Airtel retail stores are in line with the company’s endeavor to deliver the best in-store experience for customers. The store will offer end-to-end service customer support for Airtel mobile and dongle connections as well as instant activation of new connections. These stores leverage the best of retail practices and technology to offer a superior service experience to customers. In North East, including the new store in Agartala, five Airtel stores have been opened so far across key locations – Shillong and Guwahati.
The new stores have a standard look & feel across all outlets in the country and are conveniently located at key city locations, providing easy access to customers. Airtel has close to 580 multiple format COCO stores across the country, supplemented by over 2400 franchisee retail stores as well.
