UDAIPUR, Sep 10 (TIWN): Chief Judicial Magistrate Udaipur, has convicted one accused namely Apu Ghosh S/O Lt. Nil Mohan Ghosh of Rajarbag PS RKP, under Gomati, District U/S 7(i)(a)(b) E.C Act.

On 2014, at R. K. Pur P. S. a case was registered with the Case No. 79/2014 U/S 353 IPC & 7(i)(a)(b), on the basis of compliant of one Biswanath Roy Inspector of Food, for illegal using domestic GAS Cylinder at Goutam Bhander Sweet Shop Rajarbag Motor stand.

After investigation, charge sheet was filed by SI Parimal Roy (I/O) of R K Pur PS, on 31-05-2014, against the accused persons namely (1) Apu Ghosh  S/O Lt. Nil Mohan Ghosh (2) Prasanta Bhowmik S/o Sri Narayan Bhowmik both of Rajarbag PS R.K.Pur, under Gomati, District; vide RKP PS C/S No.73/2014  U/S  353 IPC & 7(i)(a)(b) E.C Act.

The trial Court on appreciation of evidences found the accused person namely Apu Ghoshguilty U/S 7(i)(a)(b) E.C Act  & read with the Liquefied Petrulium Gas (Regulation of Supply Distribution) 2000&  Convicted him to sentenced to suffer R.I for one year and to pay a fine of Rs- 5000/-.
