SABROOM, Aug 19 (TIWN): 17 persons were injured including 5 seriously injured when a commander jeep TR03-2557 fell into a dense in Gagan Mouja area under ManuBazar PS. The incident took place at noon. 17 persons were injured but only few have ao far been identified. Those who have ready been identified are Shyamacharan Tripura(28), Pradip Tripura(18), Krishanabasi Tripura(65), Purnadhan Tripura(38), Banasree Tripura(35) and Michael Tripura(5).The incident took place near the house of MP Jiten Choudhury. It is learnt that 5 injured persons were sent to District Hospital as their injuries were said to be critical.
