AGARTALA, Aug 16 (TIWN): Trinammol Congress on Tuesday staged protest rally at Agartala followed by placing deputation to DM west Millind Ramteke demanding response as to why no action is taken against the buildings and offices of CPI-M built on the illegal plot of the land and AMC is eyeing to demolish Trinamool Bhawan which is built on the expedient plot of land.

It is be mentioned here placing deputation to DM west Millind Ramteke at his offices on Tuesday, TMC Leader Sudip Roy Barman said that why AMC is eyeing to demolish Trinamool Bhawan and no action is taken against the buildings and offices of CPI-M party built in an illegal manner and AMC has sent notice to demolish Trinamool Bhawan which is  built on expedient land.

Demanding to look into the matter immediately Trinamool Congress on Tuesday placed deputation to DM West.

It’s worthy to mention, although Sudip Roy Barman claimed that the land was given by Ashish Saha, but according to AMC data, in total 8 persons are the owner of the land. They are : Prabir Kanti Roy, Pranab Kanti Roy, Partha Roy, Sathi Roy, Rakhi Roy, Hemprabha Roy, Subal Bhowmik and Ashish Saha.

Ashish Saha further commented earlier said that this home was already there, now it has been just repaired with a new name as TMC Bhawan. But because of political purpose AMC Mayor has decided to evict the party office, as a part of political gain.

However, According to AMC, before building this TMC Bhawan the party members didn’t take AMC’s permission.
