AGARTALA, July 30 (TIWN): More 24 bogies entered in Dharmanagar Railway Station for Tripura Sundari Express Train on Saturday afternoon.

The train is directly coming to Agartala Railway Station and likely to arrive at 6 PM.

On Sunday the inauguration programme of Tripura’s first Express train will be held in the presence of Union Railway Minister Suresh Prabhu.

Bangladeshi Railway Minister Md. Mujibal Haque also to be present as Indo Bangla rail service to be inaugurated on that day.

Already, on Friday Tripura Transport Minister Manik Dey, Chief Secretary Y P Sing, West DM Millind Ramteke, DGP K Nagraj visited the station to see the preparation.

Police and army however continuously there at Agartala Rail Station.

Online ticket selling has also been started for Tripura’s maiden journey to Delhi via express train. Already ticket selling has been started for that  48 hour’s journey.
