AGARTALA, July 27 (TIWN): The first daily of state Tripura ‘Dainik Jagaran’ organized a programme on the occasion of releasing Special Issue in book form at Agartala.

During the occasion dignitaries as Prof. Dr. Rabindra Das Shashtri, famous singer cum writer Pantosh Karmakar. Paritosh Biswash, Editor Jagaran remained present.

The aim of such programme was to strengthen mother-tongue and the dignitaries present in the programme praised Jagran Daily for such an initiative, which motivates other daily newspaper of the state.

Dr. Rabindra Das Shashtri said that it’s the media which takes role to strengthen any language and Jagaran’s initiative is praiseworthy.

 Paritosh Biswash, Editor Jagaran mentioned the day as very special and expressed desire to yearly release of such books.
