AGARTALA, July 24 (TIWN): BSNL close aid has immensely made it successful for CCF Prabir Bhatacharjee to escape punishment from the hand of law even after vigilance committee has raised allegation of massive loot by him. Although the issue was represented in Tripura Lokayukta court taking reference of Tripurainfoway news yet no concrete action is taken against him. Even after vigilance report filed against Corrupt stained Forest Officer Prabir Bhattacharjee which proved massive financial loot by him he yet managed to get an easy escape from the clutch of the law. The allegation includes illegal building of house on BSNL land in Agartala, disproportionate asset from known sources of income, appointing forest guards in exchange of money by manipulating the process, taking money from field level officers allocated for raising of forest, misappropriation of public fund, illegal logging permit and womanizing activities openly in the office chamber. Besides Bhattacharjee who still maintains luxury livelihood status near Melarmath is found to be the close aide of BSNL authority here in Agartala.

Despite the issue of acquiring BSNL land illegally and had built a multi-storied building were carried to the BSNL authority, no action has been taken yet against Bhattacharjee.

 However, but leaving no stone unturned anywhere here corruption, scams, misappropriation of public money, taking bribe, illegally acquiring land and other illegal activities by a section of corrupt officers of the state under the regime of ‘clean' administration.
