AGARTALA, July 17 (TIWN): Although huge wastage of blood units in Tripura are reported every year, but blood donation camps have become regular routines for Tripura’s Ministers and high officials.

In last year 290 blood units were wasted, said report.

ADC Chief Executive member Radhacharan Debbarma on Sunday has inaugurated a blood donation camp in Agartala organized by DYFI.

Radhacharan Debbarma was present as the chief guest of the programme.

It’s to be mentioned here that whereas malaria has occupied the whole state Tripura the health dept. has not at all concern about it.

Whereas every year people are dying due to malaria attacks over hills, the Health Minister, ADC Executive members are busy with blood donation camps and public rallies.
