AGARTALA, July 2 (TIWN): Rain brings certain relief from the scorching summer on Saturday as high humidity levels made the sweltering heat unbearable for people.

The sudden rain along with wind had brought much relief from the scorching temperature as during last couple of days, heat waves started spreading its effect to prevail in Tripura on the onset of summer season.

The temperature has downed at 29 degree Celsius.

However, during last few days although possibility was there but due to irregular rain the temperature further went high.

With this rain, a temporary relief have been received by the public.
