AGARTALA, June 15 (TIWN): Tripura Chief Minister pays tribute to CPI-M former state secretary Parshanat Kapali who was expired on May 31st.

Reportedly, he was suffering from cancer since years.  CPI-M political members were present to pay tribute to Kapali and to attend in his funeral.

He was a very active party member of the state in Nripen Chakraborty’s era.
