UDAIPUR, May 29 (TIWN): Panic grips Udaipur city after a dead body of a 5 years girl was recovered Sunday morning.

The incident occurred at Rajanagar area, under Udaipur subdivison near Old Royal Palace.

The deceased has been identified as Kanika Debnath (5), resident of Rajnagar.

The girl was missing since Saturday evening. Although police was informed about her missing but on Sunday morning her dead body recovering shocked the locals. 

According to the locals the girl was murdered by some miscreants. Rape with her is very much possible.

However, her body has been sent for post mortem.

Police is further investigating the case. However, no arrest has been done yet.
