Belonia, May 6 (TIWN): Helpless situation has been prevailing in Belonia Sub Division as most of ATM counters are closed and non functional for last few days.

SBI ATMs were money less, But when common people took the matter to the bank authorities; they received totally unsatisfactory behavior from SBI Belonia branch.

Commoners went to the bank several times but had to return in empty hands. When people tried to contact the higher up officials of SBI to lodge complaint, he found the contact numbers provided in the board are not working.

He desperately sought the intervention of top brass of SBI to remedy the issue and to make the branch authority more customer-friendly.
