AGARTALA, March 28 (TIWN) : FIR has been lodged against a CPI-M leader’s nephew named Mridul Das resident of Dharmanagar.

The case number is : 417/367 IPC under Dharmanagar Police Station.

Reportedly, the lady was working at a house at Post office road, Dharmanagar but taking the opportunity of the empty house Mridul Das had raped her.

Although 24 hours have been passed that the FIR was lodged but police is not allegedly taking any step against him.

So far no arrest has been done.
