TELIAMURA, March 25 (TIWN) : In yet another blow, an opposition member, resident of Teliamura sub-division has been critically injured after the ruling party members had attacked upon her on the night of Holi.
The victim has been identified as Kabita Koloi.
She is a resident of Hrankhal VC para at Teliamura. She is also a contesting candidate under Hrankhal VC para.
Reportedly, in drunken condition after holi few CPI-M members had brutally attacked upon her.
Immediately she was taken to the local hospital, but finding her condition serious, doctors referred her to GB Hospital.
Presently she is admitted to GB Hospital and reportedly BJP leader Subal Bhowmik visited GB hospital to check her condition.
This incident has created turmoil in whole Teliamura subdivision.
