TELIAMURA, March 11 (TIWN) : Review meeting held at Kalyanpur block, under Teliamura subdivision, regarding various govt. works under MGNREGA issues on Friday.

During the meeting N Noatia, DM Khowai, Saini Sarkar, Khowai Jila Parishad Shabhadipati, MLA Manindra Das, MLA Padma Kr Debbarma, Panchayat Chairman, Vice-chairman, Pradha, Upa-Pradhan, BDO & MGNREGA Engineers had been present.

The main part of the discussion was regarding the PDF Fund.

However, criticizing the review meet speaker Samir Deb Sarkar asked the officials under RD Dept., “Why the topic of the discussion for the review meeting has not been presented  in written documents?”

He also criticized the unorganized way of works in RD Dept. at Khowai.

He further asked, why the fund which was sanctioned in the last year as PDF Fund has not been expensed yet.

BOD in return couldn’t answer the cause behind it.

“Any work should be done in time”, said Sarkar to the govt. employees and officers who were present at there.
