DHARMANAGAR, March 11 (TIWN) : The block construction work at Jubarajnagar, under Dharmanagar subdivision is undergoing very slow and allegedly huge amount of cheap materials are using in the construction work.

Reportedly, the construction work for the R D Block at Jubarajanagar was started in 2015, in the month of October.

The estimated cost was reported as Rs. 1,33,90,781, under the scheme S P A.

The work with the number F-7-130/ EE/ RD/ KCP/DIV/ 2013-14/3910-12/ Dt. 26-02-2016, started with full enthusiasm but now has remained as a den for corruption.

It’s to be mentioned here North Tripura RD Block has become a paradise for scanners. The project is under BDO Paritosh Biswash, who was earlier alleged for embezzling funds when he was BDO at Pecharthal block.

The BDO has been transferred from Pecharthal block to Juvaraj Nagar block after the incident, which had raised question upon the role of the present govt. for taking attempts to save the BDO.

But now at Jubarajnagar RD block also he is allegedly involve in embezzling crores under the RD dept.
