DHARMANAGAR, March 8 (TIWN) : Tension prevails at Dharmanagar after a truck was burnt into ashes, which was full of crackers inside it.

The incident occurred at Jail Road area at Dharmanagar (opposite side of Dharmanagar Jail) at around 4 am Tuesday.

The truck bearing number TR01Q1677, belong to Public Transport Dept.

However, police is further investigating the case, as due to some unknown reason fire sparked out inside the vehicle.

It took atleast 3 hours time to take control over the situation, as continuous sound from crackers had disturbed the area wholly.

The road, where the incident occurred comes under the VIP road, opposite side of which there is the Circuit  House.

But in that VIP road, how such an incident could occur nobody knows.

It’s to be mentioned here that one after one midnight fire incidents are increasing at Dharmanagar due to which panic has gripped in the various parts of the subdivision.
