KAMALPUR, Jan 26 (TIWN): The 67th Republic Day was observed along with the rest of the country here at Kamalpur with due regard and homage. The celebration got arranged at the play ground of Kamalpur Government Class XII School.

In that program, the SDM unfurled the National tri-color as usual and delivered speech. The dignitaries like MLAs, Nagar Chairperson and others remained present.

But the most important thing at this time, perhaps, was the patriotic presentation of the cultural troops and children. The very patriotic tune changed the atmosphere to such a tune that, the intolerance, petty ideological clashes, militancy underwent below the flow of unity, sovereignty and brotherhood.

The so-called problems or failures of our democracy seemed very tiny in front of our success in past years. The children who would hold the baton of the country in future, made it clear that the tune of our nationality would remain intact for the ages to come.

The Day was observed with due pomp in different offices, organizations, clubs, institutions etc. Different people unfurled the national tri-color at home to pay homage to our democracy.
