AGARTALA, Jan 19 (TIWN): Tripura Tribal, Minority and Backward Development Corporation on Tuesday organized an awareness camp where the applicants were given loan at Corporation Head Office.

During the programme, the authority also recovered the loan which they have provided earlier.

The programme was inaugurated by Tribal Welfare Minister Aghore Debbarma in the presence of Welfare of Scheduled Caste Ratan Bhowmik, Director of Tribal Welfare Department LT Darlong, Chairman of OBC Corporation Brajagopal Bhowmik and others.

Altogether name of 49 numbers of beneficiary were enlisted whom the authority given loan and also recovered.

Loans were provided under various schemes like small business, fishery, grocery, beauty parlour, decorator, piggery, stationary, Bolero jeep, Bolero Maxi truck and others.

During the programme, Managing Director of Tripura OBC Cooperative Development Corporation- Amit Debbarma, Member of Board of Director, ST Corporation Ramani Debbarma, General Manager of Tripura Minority Cooperative Development Corporation- Uddin Ahmed and others were also attended the programme.

However, the applicants were also informed about the various schemes of the Corporation and were urged to submit it on time without any delay.
