KAMALPUR, Dec 30 (TIWN): The prevailing mismanagement and chaos of BSM Hospital got further intensified recently. And it happened so, as the funds of Rogi Kalyan Samiti (RKS) looted in different way. The top administrator of the hospital has been alleged for their engagement in that scam. And the most recent saga of that loot, occurred in the case of a garden-construction.

Recently, a garden got planned and being implemented at BSM Hospital here at Kamalpur. The garden got implemented for beautification of the hospital complex, according to the officials here. But a different story remained hidden behind the curtain. And that saga revealed the beautification as merely a cock and bull story. Each and every step of this project got spotted with corruption and violation of rules. And this violation directly involved one of the top leaders of CPI-M party.

Regarding the setting up of the garden, an amount of 5, 00, 000 rupees got sanctioned from the fund of Rogi Kalyan Samiti (RKS) of the hospital. The work got sanctioned without tender. And it’s got sanctioned to none of the unemployed youths, but to the son-in-law of a veteran CPI-M leader. Moreover, old bricks and long unused and almost rusted pipes got used to construct a water tank for the garden. But the higher up officials remained numbed up about the matter. Even, the CPI-M party claiming themselves to be clean and transparent enough to safeguard the interests of the downtrodden and the backwards remained numbed up about the matter.
