UDAIPUR, Dec 25 (TIWN): Road accidents-leading to death and injuries has become a regular stuff. Recently in a road mishap on Friday, 5 people were left seriously injured at Perapia area under Garji police station of Udaipur sub division.

The victims are identified as Jagat jamatia(24), Dharma Jamatia(24), Sanjay Jamatia(25), Miron Jamatia(24), and Amarendra Reang(25).

The incidents took place on Friday at Udaipur-sabroom road near forest office at perapia area under Garji police station, triggering panic all across at Udaipur.

However, the accident occurred when a maruti Alto car and bus head on collided with each other and left at least 5 critically injured in a road mishap.  The front part of the vehicle was massively squeezed when both the vehicles head on collided with each other.

Getting alarm the Garji police reached the spot and immediately rushed the injured to the Gomati district hospital.

The sourced also said that a fire service crew also rushed to the spot and rescued the victims in critical condition from the spot.

The injured were immediately rushed to Gomoti district hospital for treatment. The drivers of the accused vehicles are yet absconding.

Getting alarm the localites reached to the spot and immediately rushed the victim to Gomoti district hospital.

Observing the critical condition of the victim, the doctors admitted the all the five victim in hospital and started immediate treatment of the victims.

However, the victims are undergoing treatment at Gomoti district hospital, but as per the doctors there is least chance of survival for two of them as they are critically injured. Police is further investigating the case.
