AGARTALA, Dec 18 (TIWN): With an aim to maintain peace during the exam tenure, Sub-Divisional Magistrate of Kailashahar has imposed section 144 at the college compound of Kailashahar.
According to the rules of section 144, accept the employees and the students of the colleges no other individuals are allowed within the 200 metre of area in the college compound.
Besides, except security personnel no other personnel are allowed to carry any weapon within the college compound.
During the exam hour no loud speakers are allowed to run in the area.
This section has been activated in the area from December 16 and it will continue till January 13.
However, the order is applicable between 9 am to 5 pm.
However, if anyone is found violating the rules then strict actions will be taken and will be accused under section 188 of IPC. The information is provided from the office of Kailashahar Sub-Divisional Magistrate office.
It is to be mentioned here that the exam for the Ramkrishna College has begun from December 16.
However, the initiatives have been taken to complete the examination peacefully in the area.
