UDAIPUR, Nov 22 (TIWN): In a tragic incident, old parents were brutally beaten by their own son at Udaipur Matabari area on Sunday afternoon. The accused is identified as Sandip Acharjee.

Reportedly, the incident took place on Sunday afternoon when Sandip Acharjee beaten up his parents brutally, left them seriously injured and fled away from the spot.

However, the localites confirmed that for last many days family tension was prevailing in their house. The localites further claimed that the accused son Sandip Acharjee was married to Bina Acharjee in the year 2011. After marriage the daughter in law bina was suppose to get a job but due to some unavoidable reasons her job was delayed and she always blamed the innocent parents that they have cancelled their job.

Agitating over the false allegation imposed by Bina on her in laws, her husband Sandip Acherjee beaten up his parents brutally and left them seriously injured.

Hearing the cry of the parents the localites reached to the spot and rushed them to Udaipur Tripurasundari hospital and is undergoing treatment.

The victims are identified as Madan Acharjee and Maya Acharjee. However, the localites demanded punishment of the accused son.
