UDAIPUR, Nov 20 (TIWN): Kakrabon police under Udaipur has dragged one 16 year old to Udaipur CJM court on Friday in allegation of rape of a 6 year old minor at Baishnavi chor area on Thursday under Udaipur sub-division.

The accused is a resident of Udaipur Baishnobichor area.

Reportedly, in a tragic incident, a 6-year old child was brutally raped by him who is also the neighbour of the rape victim.  

The accused was arrested and produced before the court on Friday.

The incident took place on Thursday morning when the girl came out of her house for walk and showing her the temptation of a chocolate he took her to his home and raped her. Hearing the screaming of the 6 year old girl the family members of the victim rushed to the house of acussed and caught him red handed.

According to police, he took the girl with temptation of chocolate to his house and raped her.

The three-year-old victim started crying hysterically after which the mother of the victim rushed her to Udaipur district hospital. During the check-up, a doctor realized that the child had been sexually assaulted after which they informed police and registered a case.  

The girl was admitted to a nearby hospital where her condition is said to be stable. Her medical reports have confirmed rape. The 16-year old boy was arrested from his uncle’s house where the accused was residing for study purpose.

However, police is further investigating the case.
