SABROOM, Nov 6 (TIWN): Two people died and at least 15 injured when a Zeep (TR-03 2559) collided with a small vehicle in Sabroom Magroom roadway, South Tripura on Friday morning at 7AM. The vehicles were packed with passengers when the mishap occurred at SPO Camp near Baishnabpur area., about 10 km from Sabroom Town.
Police said that the vehicles were coming from the opposite directions at the time of accident. The Zeep had a head on collision with the vehicle and down in the side way of the road.Driver Sankar Tripura has been injured critically.
Fire brigade rushes to the spot along with Police team and rescue the passengers.
Treatment is going for those Ten(10) injured patients in Sabroom Hospital. Five(5) critically injured have been referred to GB Hospital, says report.
