SANTIRBAZAR, Nov 3 (TIWN): Preparatory Meeting in connection with Murasing Socio Cultural Festival on the occasion of the ensuring Rash Puranima held on Tuesday, at Patichari Community Hall. Sabhadhipati Dakshin Tripura Himanshu Roy initiated the discussion and few decisions have been taken unanimously to make the cultural Festival grand success.SDM Santirbazar,BDO Bokafa,DFO Trishna ,SDWO ,Santirbazar,SDO PWD,SDPO,ZDO BC Manu,Officer Incharge Fire Station,ICO of ICAT department was also present in the meeting. The ICAT department shall arrange wide publicity of the Festival throughout the District. The MOIC,BC Manu PHC shall arrange detainment of Medical staff along a Medical officer with medicines to face any kind of eventuality one ambulance shall be provided.

Arrangement of all temporary toilets and cleaning of area after mela will be done by BDO Bokafa and Patichari ADC Village. Different Head offices shall open Exhibition stall like Fisheries/Forest/ARDD/Health/Agriculture etc.
