AGARTALA, September 27 (TIWN): Aiming to ensure cleanliness in the area, officers and the workers of the Kunjaban Township Quarter Complex on Sunday set Safai Abhiyan.
During the Abhiyan, the members said that if we maintain cleanliness then the area will be free of various diseases and the environment will remain clean.
Besides, the area will remain clean and people will be free from all kind of diseases which occurs in the stored contaminated water. Mosquito also breeds on the stored water which leads to malaria, dengue.
They further said that before every special occasion they will go on with the Safai Abhiyan so that the area remains clean and no one gets attack by the diseases.
During the Abhiyan IG Police Control Nepal Das was also there along with the others.
