AGARTALA, September 26 (TIWN): Altogether 27, 200 new policies has been achieved by the LIC Agartala Branch-2 during the current financial year, said Zonal Manager of East Zone Hemant Bhargava while addressing a Press Conference on Saturday at office of LIC Agartala Branch-2.Speaking in the Press Conference, Zonal Manager mentioned that their next target on Single Premium is Rs. 17.5 crore and Rs. 11.90 crore on Non-Single Premium.Besides, Bhargava also mentioned that LIC has pinned the Udaipur area for providing awareness on insurance policy and its benefits.During the programme, Chief Engineer S. Elango and Senior Divisional Manager D. P Banerjee were also present.The work progress of LIC in Tripura has been going very well and is being appreciated all across the nation.Life Insurance Corporation of India is the only public sector Life Insurance Company in India.
