AGARTALA, September 26 (TIWN): Aiming to ensure peace and stability at the Indo-Bangla border area of South District, some rules has been imposed under section 144 at the four kilometres area of Indo-Bangla border.
Therefore, no person will be allowed to move in the four kilometres area of Indo - Bangla international border since night 10 PM to 5 AM in the morning. The order has been imposed from September 14 and will continue till November 12, 2015.
According to the order, four persons at a time cannot assemble in the area where section 144 has been imposed from night 10 PM to 5 AM in the morning without any permission from the authority.
Besides, without any written permission from the Belonia Sub-Division Magistrate no common people will be allowed to move around the area.
However the order will not be applicable to Army, Para -Military force and State Police who are engaged in maintaining law and order.
The Government officials who are involved in important official work, in that case also no action will be taken.
However, if anyone is found violating the rules than strict action will be taken and will be accused under section 188 of IPC.
