AGARTALA, September 26 (TIWN): The acute crisis and rampant black-marketing of LPG cylinders in the state as consumers made a beeline for cylinders in front of dealers’ offices.

Due to NH44's in pathetic condition LPG cylinders are not reaching to state. Food and civil supply department minister requested Central govt to use Asuganj Port to meet up the LPG Crisis.

“NH44 road condition is responsible for the disruption in LPG supply to Tripura", Saha said  while talking to TIWN. 

He said the administration is also carrying out regular raids to recover gas cylinders hoarded by black marketers.
