KAILASHAHAR, September 15 (TIWN): A 5 years girl has been died due to the negligence of parents at Kailashar. During study times with her elder sister, the little girl namely Bhumika Pal while playing with her pen putting it into her mouth, it entered inside due to which she could not breath and died.

According to the reports the pen which went inside her mouth made a whole inside the windpipe also.

The deceased namely Bhumika Pal, daughter of Nripendra Pal  was a resident of Shantipur under Kailashahar P S.

Immediately she was taken to the Rajib Gandhi Hospital at Kailashahar, but doctors declared her as death. Mass gathering could be followed after her death at RGM hospital of Kailashahar. 

However it’s to be mentioned here that the incident happened due to the neglegence of parents, after the incident the parents could not become aware for a long. Children are to be kept in notice, which they failed to do.
