AGARTALA, September 7 (TIWN): The Border Security Force (BSF) seized a huge consignment of phensedyl valued Rs 4 lakh at Camper Bazaar on Monday.
The consignment was seized from Camper Bazaar on Monday during a joint operation by custom and BSF lead by Assistant Commandant Laluram Mina on specific information.
According to the report, the raining party has recovered huge consignment of phensedyl including sacks of potatoes. The miscreants have bought the contraband items by pouring it in to the potatoes so that no one can get the clue of the items.
During thorough search of the vehicle, the BSF personnel recovered truck full of sacks of potatoes and the contraband items inside it.
So far, they could not arrest the accused but investigation is going on.
The truck is seized and kept at the Raimura BSF.
