Thief managed to snatch Rs. 2.50 lakh in broad daylight, yet no clue

AGARTALA, September 7 (TIWN): Yet on another incident, a thief managed to snatch Rs. 2.50 lakh in the broad day light from a crowded place like the Melarmath near the SBI Bank on Monday.
According to the police sources, the police could not arrest the absconding thief yet. The incident happened on Monday afternoon at Melarmath.
Victim Monika Das registered a complaint against the thief and gave them a description of the suspect.
Detailing about the incident it has been said that the thief managed to snatch the bag which contained Rs. 2.50 when both the husband and wife were busy in checking the punctured tyre of their bike.
However, the police are investigating the incident and trying to get some evidence of the thief.
