AGARTALA, August 19 (TIWN): After 12 days passage of inauguration AC machine has been blasted at G.B. hospital, which created a life-threatening situation over there.

The incident took place at the new teaching block of G.B. Hospital.

Many important sectors as bones, eye, trauma, INT is presently under 246 block. It’s to be mentioned that on August 5, Chief Minister Manik Sarkar inaugurated the block.

However, since from the beginning complaints had been coming against this new building infrastructure.

Allegations have been coming that very cheap materials had been used while making the building, which may create many similar situations in future.

On Monday afternoon, at around 3.00 pm the newly arranged drawing room, where many important staffs had been put; the AC machine blasted and as a result a tension aroused among the workers and publics over there and flowingly the whole block became filled in water.

But the authorities remained silent over there and no step has been taken yet. As a result resentment is brewing upon the workers and patients over there.
