KAMALPUR, August 18, (TIWN): In a sensational and bizarre incident a tribal house wife got murdered at Bhatkhauri area under Salema police station. The incident occurred sometime around dawn in which Moutushi Debbarma (27) wife of Tapan kishore Tripura got murdered at her parental house. Receiving the information of murder, SDPO Uttam Banik, SP Bijoy Debbarma rushed to the spot with sniffer dog. Later Forensic expert arrived and collected information and samples. Moutushi left behind a six years old son namely Dipangshu Tripura behind her.

According to the family members and primary investigation of the police, Moutushi had long been engaged in extra-marital affair with a youth of Khowai.

This affair made her hubby to leave her at her parental house almost one year ago. SP Bijoy Debbarma and SDPO Uttam Banik hinted that, the murder might be a result of that affair.

The corpse had severe injury at the back of her head and a cut mark at her throat. Multiple cut marks were also available at her face. Police started their investigation from different points to unearth the saga soon. This incident created panick among locales.
