AGARTALA, August 18 (TIWN): With the end of 14 day’s JC of Suchismita, who is accused of Pritam murder case, investigator Arup Goswami appeared her before the court on Monday.

According to the court's order, Suchismita will be in jail custody till August 21 and the investigator had been ordered to submit the case diary within this mentioned date.

Tapan Saha, on behalf of govt. advocated the case and on behalf of the complainer Pradip Roy the case has been advocated by lawyer Raghunath Mukharjee. On behalf of Suchismita the case had been taken cared by Bhaskar Deb.

It had been appealed to the court, not to give bail to the accused Suchismita, till the investigation is fulfilled. It had also been appealed to get 3 more days for submitting the case diary.

Sources says that investigator Arup Goswami told the court that he not only inquired upon Suchismita herself but her two relatives namely Bikash Biswash and Mujafar Alam had also been taken under investigation process for inquiry.

However it’s to be mentioned here that for the first time Suchismita’s parents namely Bimalendu Biswash and Diana Biswash had been seen in the court on Monday. As a result the situation became out of control during a clash between Pritam’s family members and Suchismita’s family members on Monday. At last police had to call the TSR jawans to take control over the situation.
