KAMALPUR, AUGUST 17, (TIWN): Arrested contraband dealer of Fulchari market namely Dipak Ghosh was booked under NDPS Act by Kamalpur police.

Kamalpur police booked him in case number 66/2015 under sections 22(C), 31(A), NDPS, 27(B) and DC Act. He had already been produced before the SDJM court on Sunday. The SDJM sent him to one day’s JC and instructed police to produce him before the ADJ Court.

It’s worthy to mention that, Dipak was arrested twice earlier. But he got booked under NDPS for the first time. And this made the locale to heave a sigh of relief.

 On 15th August, OC Swapan Sengupta raided the shop of Dipak and seized 11 bottles of Corex cough syrup and 525 numbers of Spasmo Proxyvon capsules along with a huge cash of 2, 17, 000 rupees. 

Police arrested him that instance and produced him before the SDJM Court.
