Kamalpur: New Committee of Press Club formed: The committee would act for next two years

KAMALPUR, AUGUST 17, (TIWN): The new Executive committee of Kamalpur Press Club formed on 15th August last. The former committee completed its two years’ tenure and hence all the members resolved to form the new committee. Accordingly, a meeting was held at Kamalpur Press Club with all the members.
In this meeting, Supriyo Datta, the veteran journalist of the District got selected as the Secretary for the consecutive second term. Ranabijoy Datta has been selected as President.
Dulal Chakraborty became the Treasurer. The Executive committee comprised of nine members.
The new committee resolved to take some important steps for the betterment of the profession of journalism and the journalists as a whole.
