KAMALPUR, August 15 (TIWN): In a move to extend the legal facility to the jail inhabitants, the legal aid authority set a legal aid clinic at Kamalpur Sub-jail on 11th August last.

In a legal awareness camp organized at Sub-jail premise the clinic was set. Every Sunday an advocate would attend the clinic from 4 pm onwards to assist the inhabitants in legal matters.

The camp was inaugurated by the SDM Subhasis Das. Additional District and Sessions judge Arindam Pal, JM 1^st Class Samyajyoti Debnath, SDJM Tapan Debbarma were present and discussed on the legal matters in this camp. The initiative created much hope among the custodians about getting the legal help easily.
