New Delhi / Agartala, Aug 8 (TIWN):In an informal meeting with the Union Minister of DoNER Dr. Jitendra Singh, Union Minister of State(Home) Sri Kiren Rijiju, northeast MPs expressed their dissatisfaction over the functioning of two entities DoNER and NEC.

Informal meeting on the functioning of DoNER and NEC, held on 7th August, 2015 at Parliament House Annexe.

Most of the MPs cutting across the party line expressed their utter dissatisfaction over the functioning of this two organisations saying it is two radar less boats, having no target for any destination.

The MPs  sought an interaction be held under the chairmanship of the Prime Minister at an earliest.

Tripura MP Jiten Chaudhury discussed issues involving DoNER and NEC.
