KAMALPUR, August 6 (TIWN): The Panchayat Secretary of Singinala panchayat Dipali Roy complained in scribes against a DC member of CPIM Kamalpur sub-divisional committee and Pradhan of Singinala panchayat namely Ramani Das to the local committee of unruly behavior. But no action initiated against the leader yet.

On 7^th July last, Dipali Roy, the Secretary of Singinala panchayat of Salema RD block in this subdivision lodged a written complaint to the Salema Local Committee of CPIM against the Pradahan-cum-Sundivisional Committee member of CPIM namely Ramani Das of unruly behavior. She alleged that on 6^th July Ramani came to panchayat office in intoxicated condition at noon.

 He alleged that the Secretary had returned the application of job cards on the point of having no signatures. Ramani scolded Dipali using slang languages and threatened her with dire consequences.

 On this issue Dipali informed the matter to the BDO verbally and complained the CPIM Salema local Secretary in scribes on 7^th July.
