KAILASAHAR, July 19 (TIWN): Former MLA Bijoy Roy on Sunday inaugurated the 1st Tri-annual conference of Tripura Government educational officers association at Bhagini Nivedita Girls H.S. School.

Speaking at the 1st Tri-annual conference, TGEOA secretary Bimal Chandra Sen and others placed 15 charter points of demanded and discussed on several issues related to the development of the education at Unakoti district.

Speaking at the conference, TGEOA secretary Bimal Chandra Sen said that it is quintessential to appoint principal and vice-principal in all the schools of the district, promotion to be given through departmental promotion committee, teachers to be recruited through TPSC, Home facility transfer order to be given to all the teachers who are working outside of their home area, equitable teachers to be recruited against the numbers of the students of the school in all the schools and others.

He further discussed on the present condition of education system in the nation.  He further criticized the central government for the poor condition of the education in the nation. Central govt. is aiming to force "Hindutva ideologies" on the entire nation said Sen.

Unakoti District should be an example of education in the coming days, expressed sen.

However, TGEOA secretary BImal Chandra Sen, Deputy Director Swapan Kumar Das along with other dignitaries remained present in the program.
