KAMALPUR, July 17 (TIWN): Adding another feather in the crown of luxury and pompousness, the so-called working class friendly party CPIM laid foundation stone of new pompous building for its trade union CITU here Thursday at Kamalpur. The MP Shankar Prasad Dutta laid the foundation stone and trumpeted the love and affection of the party for the working class.

The foundation stone laying ceremony took place through a mass meeting where MP Shankar Prasad Dutta remained present as the Inaugurator. MLA Anjan Das was also present as Chief Guest. In the meet Anjan was honoured by CITU. He also put emphasis on the endless striving of the party for the country and its people.  

In this laying a question arose as why the party claiming itself to be close to the working class and trade union need separate offices for its trade unions. And more significantly, the leaders already appealed o the commoners to contribute for the office freely. Why should people contribute for a construction that would work in behest of the leaders and political tycoons also started to rise.
