KAMALPUR, June 8 (TIWN): Adding to the candidature in the ensuing bye-election of 46 Surma Assembly Constituency, the candidate for BJP Asish Das filed his nomination here today. Amidst the scorching heat wave of late summer almost seven hundred supporters walked in the rally in support of their candidate.

Tripura in-charge of BJP Sunil Deodhar, State President Sudhindra Dasgupta and other leaders accompanied Ashis in the rally. After submitting the nomination, Ashis expressed his hope for win in the election. The corruption, party-raj and hooliganism of CPIM and got-up game of opposition by other parties made him to hope for win as commoners desperately awaiting change.
