
Agartala, Sep1, (TIWN) Well ahead of festive season Air India is all set to resume the evening flight service in the city. Few days, rather months ago, state Chief Minister Manik Sarkar urged the Central Aviation Ministry to extend this facility and accordingly this initiative has been taken, sources said. This is certainly good news for all travelers who are likely to go outside the state during the Puja vacation.
During ‘Durga Puja’ the crisis of air tickets reach up to the highest peak of demand. Hence the decision to resume the air service in the evening is really a festive offer for state people. According to sources, Air India will resume the service six days in a week except Sunday.
According to report AI flight might leave Agartala at 5.10 pm while the last flight from Kolkata would arrive in the Agartala Air Port at about 4.30 pm, every afternoon
