Dharmanagar, March 25 (TIWN): Finally at last Police managed to arrest two more robbers on Tuesday involved with two incidents of robbery took place under Churaibari and Kadamtala Police Station, here this month.
According to police, Abdul Fayez the leader of the robber’s gang was arrested after 19 days of the first incident of ATM looting.On the basis of the interrogation report of Abdul Fayez, police nabbed two members of robber’s gang, Saheb Uddin and Amir Uddin on March, 18 from Kadamtala.
A police team led by SDPO Dharmanagar Rajdeep Deb conducted raids in the houses of robber’s gang members Surjyabhan Halam and Mohanlal thang Halam of Simultilla and arrested both the members of robbers from their houses on Tuesday.
SDPO Dharmanagar Rajdeep Deb said that during interrogation lots of valuable information will come out.
Police further said that both the members of robber’s gang are involved with several criminal cases like robbery, possessing of illegal arms and so many other cases. Even after passing of so many days finally the Dharmanagar Police got success in detection of two robbery cases which took place at Premtala ATM counter under Churaibar Police Station on March 1. Similarly Gramin Bank Branch at Kadamtala on March 14th was robbed by the robber’s gang.
